Hi, I’m kelly ravenscraft.

This story starts in a hospital. I have been a certified hospital chaplain since August 2020, caring for people emotionally and spiritually through the thick of the effects of the pandemic. I saw the physical effects that this kind of stress held in our bodies, both those I was caring for and in my own. I am deeply honored to be a story catcher, a grief sojourner, a ritual maker, and a spiritual guide in this role. However, something was missing for me: the connection between mind, spirit, and body.

We hold stress, emotion, and even trauma in our bodies. Therefore, most of the healing work we do must include embodiment. Have you found yourself doing all of the “right” things and still not feeling like there is progress?

Perhaps you need to incorporate care for your whole self. This includes slowing down, listening to all of your parts - mind, body, and spirit. This is your collective wisdom.

I am here to incorporate all parts of a whole, especially to bring you back to an awareness of your body. Let’s journey towards healing together.

My Approach

BOdy

I incorporate a holistic approach into my practice of Swedish massage. I am constantly refining how I attune to the messages your body is sending about what it needs.

MInd

I aim to provide everything you need to allow your mind to rest for a moment away from the to do lists, the never-ending news cycle, and the rest of what competes for our brain space.

SPIRIT

As a chaplain, I create space for the emotional and spiritual elements of bodywork to be present in whatever form they might come for you. Whether there are specific spiritual practices/requests or aspects of your life experience that can help inform our session together, I aim to support your spiritual self to the best of my ability.
